What Is Celebrity Blue Chip Club?
Blue Chip Club is Celebrity Cruises' casino rewards program. Celebrity currently publishes six membership tiers and awards both Reward Points and Tier Credits based on qualifying casino activity.
Tier Credits determine Blue Chip Club tier status. Reward Points can be used for eligible casino benefits such as FreePlay and other published rewards, subject to Celebrity's current program terms.
How Celebrity Tracks Casino Play
Celebrity instructs Blue Chip Club members to use their SeaPass card while playing so eligible casino activity can be recorded.
- Slot machines: insert or tap the SeaPass card while playing.
- Table games: present the SeaPass card to casino staff.
- Tier Credits: accumulate during Celebrity's published annual earning period.
- Reward Points: may be redeemed according to Blue Chip Club's current rules.
Casino tracking and reward calculations are controlled by Celebrity. GamblersHost does not represent any specific session length, wager amount, gambling loss or betting pattern as a guaranteed way to qualify for a Celebrity cruise offer.
Celebrity Casino Cruise Offers
Celebrity publishes promotional casino offers for qualified players. Depending on the specific offer, a player may be eligible for a complimentary or discounted stateroom, FreePlay or other casino-related benefits.
Celebrity's promotional terms state that casino offers are issued to the qualified player named in the offer and are subject to the applicable terms, qualifying sailing availability and other restrictions.
A complimentary cruise-fare offer does not necessarily mean every part of the trip is free. Taxes, fees and other applicable charges can still be required.
Blue Chip Club Annual Cruise Benefits
Celebrity currently includes annual cruise benefits among the published benefits for certain Blue Chip Club tiers. These benefits apply only to eligible members and qualifying sailings and remain subject to Celebrity's restrictions and availability.
The available stateroom category can depend on tier status, level of play and the specific eligible sailing. Players should rely on the current Blue Chip Club offer shown in their Celebrity account rather than older third-party charts or estimates.
What Should You Review Before Booking?
Before accepting a Celebrity casino offer, review the actual offer and reservation rather than assuming another player's benefits will apply to you.
- The exact Celebrity ship and sailing date.
- The stateroom category included in the offer.
- Any casino FreePlay or other stated benefits.
- Taxes, fees, deposits or other required charges.
- The booking deadline and sailing restrictions.
- Any exclusions or promotional conditions.
Keep the written booking confirmation and offer details for your records. Approved benefits should be confirmed by email at the time of booking.
What to Send GamblersHost for a Celebrity Comp Review
If you want a Celebrity cruise-comp opportunity reviewed, submit information based on your actual current casino offers rather than an estimate of your play.
- Your name and contact information.
- Your date of birth.
- Your casino or players-club program.
- Your player card or loyalty number.
- Your current casino or cruise offer.
- Your preferred ship or sailing date, or “Flexible” if undecided.
GamblersHost can evaluate the information you provide and identify potential cruise-comp opportunities for qualified players. Celebrity makes the final determination regarding its own casino offers and benefits.
Is Celebrity a Good Choice for Casino Players?
Celebrity can be a strong option for players who already participate in Blue Chip Club or receive Celebrity casino offers, but there is no single cruise line that is automatically best for every player.
Compare the actual offer available to you by looking at the stateroom, itinerary, sailing date, casino benefits, required charges and restrictions.
